I just found out about Jane's death yesterday and was very sorry to hear about your loss. I haven't seen Jane in a long time, but she was a college friend, and we would occasionally get together after college. She was a truly beautiful and wonderful person in every way, and I have very fond memories of her. I was saddened to hear about her death, and I know she is missed by many people. My hope is that you are finding comfort in the love and support of family and friends. I will pray for you and Jane. Fondly, Margie DiJohn

Our love, prayers and sympathy go out to the Capella and Silva Families. Jane is an amazing person! Her love of others just shines as soon as you meet her. She was sincere, genuine and always put you first making you feel special. She did not like attention focused on herself. She cheered you on, picked up your spirits, and always made you forget what problem you may have had. Jane's friendship and mine began during our first year as a teacher at Lake Castle
Private School. We both taught 3rd. grade and our class rooms were next to each other! We began each day together, ate lunch together, and ended the day together for 6 wonderful years. She never tired of helping others and her patience was limitless! It was during this time that I observed her amazing talents and gifts that God had given her and later she would use as principal at St. Michael's. She was a blessing to have as a wonderful friend.
My husband, Mario and 2 daughters - Kerri and Lindsey also loved Jane. She had a way of working her way into your heart and there she will always stay. It is a comfort to know you will be in heaven with God. We will never forget you and the fun we shared over the years. Our memories will last forever.

With loving thoughts, Cheryl and Mario Montagnino

Ms Jane took our daughter Mary Margaret into her heart in 2006 when our daughter needed help the most. Over the 5 years Mary Margaret was with Ms. Jane she put the word of God into our daughters heart amd mind and taught her manners and respect for others, but most of she helped pull Mary Margaret out of this dark hole she was in for years and gave us a happy and beautiful young lady. Mary Margaret and Ms. Jane became extremely close friends over the years. Mary took her passing very deeply and so did we. We have lost an Angel here on earth, but Jesus has gained an Angel in Heaven. We will miss you always,

Ms Jane always carried herself with a lot of respect that was needed to be the leader of the St Michael's family. I thoroughly enjoyed my involvement with the school athletics for nearly 14 years and the interaction with Ms Jane. She provided us the necessary leadership and leeway to work with the students. She showed and taught me a lot and I enjoyed knowing her. May God Bless her family and friends as we remember her.

Ms. Jane always had love in her heart. If she had the "fuss" at a child at school it was with twinkle in her eye. She always made you feel like you were very special to her. Although she was very busy I always found her accessible and willing to talk. St. Michaels was her vocation. She always brought prayer into every situation especially the hard ones. She was a woman of great faith and trust in the Lord. We all benefitted from that. We are deeply indebted to her for the good she has done for our school and for the children.
